Assessment, diagnosis and treatment using a specialised, personalised approach
A therapeutic approach to understanding and transforming emotional distress
I use a range of therapeutic approaches in my clinical psychology work to help you understand what you’re going through and move towards greater emotional wellbeing.
Neuropsychology: assessment, diagnosis and guidance
Neuropsychology is one of the main areas of my work. Through a comprehensive assessment, I analyze a person’s cognitive functioning, including areas such as memory, attention, language and executive functions. This process helps identify possible difficulties and understand how they affect everyday life.
I work with both children and adults, supporting people with difficulties such as ADHD, dyslexia and neurodevelopmental disorders. Every assessment is personalised and uses tools selected to suit each case.
Alongside diagnosis, I provide guidance to both the patient and those around them, offering practical strategies to improve day-to-day functioning and quality of life.

Neurofeedback: non-invasive brain training
Neurofeedback is an innovative treatment that trains the brain to improve how it functions. This non-invasive technique uses brain activity to bring about changes in dysfunctional patterns.
The process begins with an assessment using QEEG (quantitative electroencephalogram), which provides a detailed map of the brain. Based on this information, I design an intervention program tailored to each person's specific needs.
Neurofeedback is particularly suitable for attention problems, anxiety, emotional difficulties and ADHD, and works directly on the brain’s self-regulation. It is a safe, evidence-based tool that supports gradual, lasting change.

Clinical Psychology: Integrative Therapeutic Intervention
From a clinical psychology perspective, I offer a therapeutic space to address a range of emotional, behavioral and relationship difficulties. I take an integrative approach, combining different therapeutic models to tailor care to each case.
I use techniques such as EMDR therapy, systemic therapy and the cognitive behavioural approach, enabling me to address both the symptoms and the underlying cause of the problem. As a systemic neurotherapist, I integrate emotional, cognitive and relational perspectives into each therapeutic process.
The aim is to support each person through their process of change, helping them understand what is happening and providing tools to improve their emotional well-being and quality of life.
Find the treatment that’s right for you
Every person is unique, which is why it is important to receive an appropriate professional assessment.
