2. PROFILE USE

The CONTROLLER will take the following steps:

Posting on the USER’s profile any information already published on the social network of the

CONTROLLER

Send personal, individual messages through the social network’s channels

Page status updates to be published on the USER’s profile

The USER can always manage their connections, remove content they are no longer interested in, and restrict

who they share their connections with; to do so, they should access their privacy settings.

3. PUBLICATIONS

Once the USER follows or joins the CONTROLLER’s social media network, they may post on this

comments, links, images, photographs, or any other type of multimedia content supported by it. The

USER must, in all cases, own the published content and hold the copyright and

intellectual property rights or obtain the consent of the affected third parties.

Posting anything on the social network is expressly prohibited, including text, graphics, photographs, videos, etc. that

are contrary or may be contrary to morality, ethics, good taste or decorum, and/or that infringe, violate or

infringe intellectual or industrial property rights, image rights or the law.
